Virtual Therapy for Individuals and Couples

I bring a lot of warmth and encouragement to our work together. That creates a space where we can practice vulnerability by sitting with difficult emotions and connecting them to our somatic experiences. Which, quite frankly, we all need help with throughout our life. 

Additionally, our relationship is the foundation for good therapy, so it's important that you feel like you can show up as your full self with me. (or be open to get there) 

Beyond that, my unique approach to treatment is also helping you find and embrace joy and pleasure. Healing is not just about working through the hard stuff. It's also about repairing your relationship to rest and practicing centering pleasure.

 I am particularly passionate about sexual health, body image and confidence, neurodivergence, perimenopause, and anger. My goal is to provide mental health support that helps you create safe emotional spaces, fosters curiosity, and heals shame, enabling you to cultivate the intimacy you desire. 

• I do not accept insurance, but I can offer a Superbill which some folks can submit to their insurance for out of network reimbursement. 
• My rates are $80 for individuals and $100 for couples, families, or polycules. 
• Currently, I offer virtual-only sessions. 
• In my practice, I draw from Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
• I am a Marriage & Family Therapy Associate working towards licensure. My supervisor is Carly Rubin #T1838. 

I take a body-respectful, HAES-aligned approach to therapy, supporting clients in building trust with their bodies, reducing shame, and focusing on well-being. 

I am LGBTQIA+ allied, sex & kink positive, and integrate cultural awareness in my practice.
